Thank you FATIMA for your Courage, Love and Willingness to impart cutting edge principles from the Heart, ‘Your Gift’ that is enabling sound personal transformation and GROWTH, where I believe other modes of therapy that I have sought after have had little or no impact on reducing the suffering caused by family of origin and other factors that life dishes out as we come into this world. I have in the past 30 years seen numerous practitioners to help me resolve issues that have kept me paralysed and unable to live a productive life which has caused me pain and the inability to work or form healthy relationships. I also have been addicted to cannabis for 30 years and in the past I have not been able to shake the addiction. I have also tried at least 5 different antidepressants, which only left me with unwanted side effects.
In only three to four sessions with Fatima and (ACT) Acceptance Commitment Therapy and the Mindfulness approach, this unique approach immediately began to make sense of why I have been stuck and now for the first time I have been freed from my desire to use cannabis and other forms of numbing, such as food and alcohol. It’s like a flood of light has been shone on all my confusion and inability to grow. I am now drug free, more motivated than ever and I am excited about coming out of my depression and suicidal thoughts.
This program gives and has given me great insight into the causes of human suffering and also has given me the tools/principles that can be applied in my daily life and I am seeing old patterns drop away each day and the light at the end of the tunnel is in clear view. FATIMA FELIX GIFTED APPROACH is as I see it ‘PIONEERING’ where all other attempts only ‘band-aided’ the causes of my mental illness. This course with Fatima is empowering me to finally proceed to live to my full potential. I am also seeing others in the group grow before my very eyes, people for whom before seemed there was no hope.
What a program! I cannot wait each week to attend these sessions. I wish this GIFTED PRACTITIONER the NOTERIETY she DESERVES, so that others including ‘school age’ children may develop a rich and meaningful life in this time of uncertainty. This approach is in much needed recognition; it is powerful, playful and promotes loving attitudes and acceptance. Once again thank you Fatima. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU.

In my profession as a Mental Health nurse, I work and support people with a variety of psychological issues. When this opportunity arose, I was excited to participate in the 12 week ACT course. I had heard about ACT and read some great studies that showed how ACT had helped individuals with depression, psychosis, and anxiety live a more meaningful life. In fact enrolled with Dr Russ Harris for his introduction course earlier in the year, but due to a personal issue, I wasn't able to attend.
Being a nurse, I felt the information that I could learn may benefit my work with my clients. I really didn't predict the positive roll on effects that this course would have on myself, my family and friends.
I can thoroughly recommend this course as it has helped me professionally and personally. I have learnt so much about myself, the way I think and how negative thoughts can have such detrimental impact on my life. By incorporating the basic principals of ACT into my life each and every day, I have gained a real sense of peace and purpose. My mind is clearer, I am more productive and I am delighted that my relationships within my own family have improved too. I find that being mindful in all that I do has given me a real appreciation of the simplest tasks.
The course was twice a week, I enjoyed the practical sessions, learning new skills like meditation and mindfulness.
Fatima and Dr Wragg were inspirational, down to earth and very professional.
This course has been a turning point in my life and I have recommended it to my family, friends and the clients I work with.
I would encourage anyone who is struggling with life (and arn't we all) and start living a life of our own choosing.
