The Out of Your Mind & Into Your Life program runs for 12 weeks on a cycle basis and you may be able to start at anytime.
Tuesdays from 1 pm to 2 pm are dedicated to ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) and Fridays from 3 pm to 4 pm are dedicated to Mindfulness Practice.
